Girls Birthday check-ups

This past week I brought the girls to get their 'birthday check-ups'. The kids have a great pediatrician- this is evidenced by the fact that when he asked who wanted to go first they both shouted, ME! He was kind enough to do them at the same time flipping back and forth on his computer.

Mae is growing well and was a champ getting her flu shot. She was willing to tell him all the colors she knows, but would not count for him. Other than that she did great. Here are her stats: 29.6 lbs, 37 inches.

Anne is also doing well. She was devastated that she was going to miss a day of school to go to the doctor- What! I have one less day to play?! This was made worse by the fact that she was going to be getting several shots- thanks Henry. The night before the appointment she was a complete mess and had a hard time sleeping. Once we got there she was just fine and only teared up a bit at her shots. She also enjoyed her hearing test, which they told her was a fun game with headphones. Here are her stats: 39.8 lbs, 43 inches.
