Twins Game

Pete got tickets to see the Twins play and we decided to make a fun weekend out of it. He got out of work a little early on Friday and we drove up for the game. Pete managed to park in the best place because we were able to take the skywalk from the garage right to our gate at the ballpark. The seats were good and we all had fun watching the game. Anne and Pete even made the kiss cam during one of the breaks. Henry enjoyed pretending that he was at bat, swinging and hitting the ball really far. He also enjoyed the fireworks that go off for a home run (happened twice). He even told me that when he's big and on a baseball team he'll hit the ball far enough that there will be fireworks for him. We made it through 6 innings (about 2 hours) before leaving. Then we went to a hotel for the night and the next morning Pete and I took turns going to the temple and then we had a leisurely drive home with a pit stop at Cabellas. It was a quick trip, but really fun and I'm glad that we got the chance to go.
