This summer we spent a few days at Mammoth Cave National Park. It is an incredible place and we all had a great time. We were able to go to a talk about sinkholes and caves, take a tour through part of the cave (Pete and Henry went on a second tour), go on a hike through the woods, see lots of deer up close, and the kids completed a few activities so they could become official Junior Park Rangers.
The cave has a lot of history behind it and it was great to learn more about it and enjoy nature!
