Messy Eater

I think Henry is eating some kind of enchilada here. I can tell that there is a red sauce, beans, and other enchilada-type ingredients. Although he may be timid with the first few bites of a new food, it doesn't take long before he just digs right in. He gets messy and most of the time I'm really grateful that he is such a good eater.
