Anne turns 4!

Anne has been looking forward to her birthday for a long, long time. She would look at the birthday cakes at the grocery store and tell me what one was her favorite. She would see something at the store that she wanted and make sure to tell me that she would like to get it for her birthday (or for Christmas). Seeing Mae open presents made it that much harder to wait. When her big day finally came, she said she was so excited that her eyeballs were going to pop out of her head. Thankfully, that didn't occur. She was able to open a couple presents in the morning before school and then opened the rest when Henry got home from school. She was very happy with all of her gifts, cards, and phone calls. For her birthday dinner she choose tuna noodles with broccoli. Her cake was a funfetti cake with hot pink frosting and two kinds of sprinkles. She had a great day and I can't believe she is already 4!

Anne was happy to get school books and Henry has taken on the roll of teacher.
