Mae turns 2!

Mae is still at the age where she doesn't really understand birthdays. By the end of the day she was very happy with her day and was very into the birthday thing. We started the day off with breakfast cookies and opening presents. Mae asked for cookies instead of cake and we thought it would be fun to do things at breakfast so she could enjoy her presents all day and we were planning on going to a tractor pull at night. Mae LOVED her cookie and although she was timid for the first few presents, she really got into it by the end. We had a busy, but fun day and Mae really enjoyed the tractor pull. She clapped and clapped and clapped for the tractors. It was fun to watch her.

As a side note, Mae loves to undress and this is how she woke-up. I didn't bother with the fight about putting a shirt on for the celebration. This is Mae.

Enjoying some books while we get ready

Henry enjoyed being her special helper

Loving all this stuff!

Mae enjoys music (and any other kind of noise)
