Kansas City Temple Open House

We had the opportunity to go the the open house of the Kansas City Temple. Henry was really excited to be able to go inside and look at everything. We try to attend the temple once a month, so Henry is familiar with the outside of temples and hopefully the importance of them, but it was a great experience to be able to take him inside to see it. He did a great job being reverent and said he liked it, but the fountain outside the temple was one of the highlights for him. I enjoyed being together with my family in the temple.

 On the ride home we saw a rainbow and then we realized we could see the whole thing. I wasn't able to get a picture of that, but it was really neat.
